1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and identifiers used by hosting or security services. They can remember preferences, keep a feature working, protect forms, or measure website use.

2. Current website use

The website uses browser storage to remember language preference and Inquiry List selections. Hosting infrastructure may create essential technical or security records needed to deliver pages and protect the service.

The Inquiry List is a browser-side convenience feature and is not submitted to Yida Appliance until you choose to send an inquiry.

3. Technology categories

• Strictly necessary: security, network delivery, form protection, accessibility, and functions requested by the visitor.
• Preferences: language selection and saved Inquiry List state.
• Analytics: aggregated information about visits, product interest, downloads, and inquiry paths if an analytics service is enabled.
• Marketing: advertising or cross-site measurement technologies, if introduced in the future.

4. Consent for non-essential technologies

Where applicable law requires consent, analytics or marketing technologies will not be activated before a visitor makes a choice. Refusing non-essential technologies should not prevent access to core product and inquiry information.

A consent choice should be as easy to reject as to accept. If a consent manager is introduced, visitors will be able to revisit their choice through the website control provided for that purpose.

5. Third-party technologies

Links or embeds from services such as social media, video, maps, messaging, analytics, hosting, or form-security providers may be governed by those providers’ policies. A third party may set technology only when its service is loaded and subject to applicable consent requirements.

6. Duration

Session technologies expire when the browser session ends. Persistent preferences remain until their configured expiry or until they are removed. Browser-stored Inquiry List and language data may remain until the visitor clears site data or changes the preference.

7. Your controls

You can delete or block cookies and local storage through browser settings. Doing so may reset language or Inquiry List preferences. Where a website consent control is available, use it to change non-essential technology choices without changing all browser settings.
